OWEN. IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES, December 9, 1913. Ordered, That there be printed as a Senate document, in document type and in parallel columns, a comparative print of the banking and currency bill (H. R. 7837), "An act to provide for the establishment of Fedreal reserve banks, to furnish an elastic currency, to afford means of rediscounting commercial paper, to establish a more effective supervision of banking in the United States, and for other purposes," showing the House bill and the changes suggested by the amendment submitted to the Senate by Mr. Owen; also the changes suggested by the amendments intended to be proposed by Mr. Hitchcock, and that 5,000 additional copies be printed for the use of the Senate document room, not to exceed the $500 limit of cost.
