Page 8 - I am pleased to appear before you today to describe the AIDS programs of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Within the Public Health Service (PHS), HRSA has responsibility for Federal AIDS programs relating to patient care and health services delivery, as well as health care professional training.
