Heirs living on the reservation have a median income of less than $1,000 whereas the off reservation heirs have a median income between $2,001 and $3,000. When income is computed by blood quantum we find the fullblood and the three-quarter blood median income is less than $1,000 whereas the median income of the one-half and one-quarter or less Indian blood is between $3,001 and $4,000.
