The tabular form has been completed and the other questions answered by tabulation or narrative reports. The 10 years covers a period when the Blackfeet Agency records were not maintained in a readily reportable form. The Billings area office volunteered the tabular form statistical information in an effort to obtain for your use an accurate report. Without their assistance, we would have had to resort to several estimates. The requested information on tribal patent-in-fee lands is not available in this office nor the Billings area office. These land records are maintained by the Blackfeet Tribe and will be reflected in the Blackfeet Tribe's reply to the questionnaire. The information is submitted in the order the questions were presented in the questionnaire.
