An Act

To change the name of the Bruces Eddy Dam and Reservoir in the State of
Idaho to the Dworshak Dam and Reservoir.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Bruces Idaho. Eddy Dam and Reservoir, Idaho, a unit in the comprehensive plan of Dworshak Dam development of the Columbia River Basin, authorized by the Flood and Reservoir. Control Acts of 1958 and 1962, shall hereafter be known and desig. Designation. nated as the Dworshak Dam and Reservoir, in honor of the late Sen- 72 Stat. 3153 ator from Idaho, who was a champion of full development of our Nation's water resources and a patient and persevering promoter of this project. Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United 77 STAT. 123. States in which such dam and reservoir are designated or referred to 77 STAT. 124. under the name of Bruces Eddy Dam and Reservoir shall be held

and considered to refer to such dam and reservoir by the name of

Dworshak Dam and Reservoir.

To change the name of Fort Randall Reservoir in the State of South Dakota to Lake Francis Case.

Be it eructed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Fort South Dakota. Randall Reservoir in the State of South Dakota shall be known as Lake Francis Lake Francis Case in honor of the late Senator of South Dakota, Case. who was so very instrumental in the development of the Missouri Designation. River Basin program. Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such reservoir is referred to by any other name shall be held and considered to refer to such reservoir by the name of Lake Francis Case.

To change the name of the Big Bend Reservoir in the State of South Dakota to Lake Sharpe.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Big South Dakota, Bend Reservoir in the State of South Dakota shall be known and Lake Sharpe. designated hereafter as Lake Sharpe in honor of M. Q. Sharpe, the Designation. late Governor of South Dakota, who was so very instrumental in the development of the Missouri River Basin program. Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such reservoir is referred to by any other name shall be held and considered to refer to such reservoir by the name of Lake Sharpe. An Act

To designate the dam being constructed and the reservoir to be formed on the
Des Moines River, Iowa, as the Red Rock Dam and Lake Red Rock.

Be it eructed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the dam now Red Rook Dam being constructed on the Des Moines River in Iowa, authorized by the and Lake Red Flood Control Act of June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 1216; Public Law 761, Rook, Iowa. Seventy-fifth Congress), and which will create a reservoir in Polk 77 STAT. 151. and Marion Counties, Iowa, shall be known and designated hereafter 77 STAT. 152. as "Red Rock Dam" and the reservoir formed by such dam shall be known and designated as "Lake Red Rock". Any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States in which such dam and reservoir are referred to shall be held to refer to such dam as the "Red Rock Dam" and to such reservoir as "Lake Red Rock".
