Enclosed are six copies of our application for Pneuma's FY 90 Prevention Program.

The program coordinates with and expands services from Pneuma's Family Life Treatment Program which is our FY 90 base program. These prevention strategies avoid duplication of other programs while assuring integration into a comprehensive package of education, prevention and treatment.

Prevention, Training, Family Treatment, and Village Treatment are subjects of separate grant requests.

The proposed Prevention Program is cost effective since it utilizes programs and personell from Pneuma's concurrent treatment program and focuses on coordinated efforts to address the problem of alcohol and other drug abuse, addiction, and co-dependency.
