Revival of 10 Car. 1. sess. 2. c. 24. securing to Fishermen the Right of going on high Grounds adjoining the Sea to watch for Fish, and to draw Nets on shore, &c. (copied from 1 Jac. 1. c. 23. (E.); 6. Revival of s. 38. of 59 Geo. 3. c. 109. securing to the Inhabitants of the United Kingdom the Right of fishing on and using the Coasts, Bays, &c. of Great Britain and Ireland; 7.

Penalty for setting up a new Weir in Harbours or on Sea Shore, or destroying Fry of Sea Fish therein, or fishing with certain Nets and Engines on the Sea Shore; 8.

HEREAS the Improvement of the Irish Fisheries is an Preamble. said Fisheries from all novel and undue Restrictions and Burdens, and to replace them on an Equality in that Behalf with Persons engaged in the Fisheries of England: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords 10 Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows:
