Regulations contained in 27 CFR Chapter I (Parts 170-299) were formerly codified in 26 CFR Chapter I (Parts 170-299) prior to transfer at 40 FR 16835, April 15, 1975. The following are all changes to these regulations from January 1, 1974, through April 15, 1975.
