inform this Commission in writing whether any cause exists as to why its certificate in No. MC-43267 (Sub-No. 14), issued December 1, 1976, should not be canceled and a new certificate authorizing the operations described above should not be issued. If applicant fails to comply with this requirement, the outstanding certificate will be revoked.

A new certificate will be issued after applicant complies with the requirements set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations regarding insurance (49 CFR 1043), designation of process agent (49 CFR 1044), and tariffs (49 CFR 1307). Applicant must comply with these requirements within 90 days after the service date of this decision, or else the outstanding certificate will be revoked and the grant of authority will be void.

(1) From junction U.S. Highway 9W and Union Avenue, New Windsor, NY, over Union Avenue to junction Temple Hill Road, then over Temple Hill Road to junction New York Highway 207, then over New York Highway 207 to the entrance gate of Stewart Air Field, and return over the same route, serving all intermediate points; and (2) From junction New York Highway 307 and Union Avenue (near the New York State Thruway), over Union Avenue to junction New York Highway 17K (near Newburgh, NY), then over New York Highway 17K to the city of Newburgh, NY, and return over the same routes, serving all intermediate points.

(2) Between Stewart Air Field and Newburgh, NY:

From Stewart Air Field over New York Highway 207 to junction Union Avenue, then over Union Avenue to junction New York Highway 17K, then over New York Highway 17K to Newburgh, and return over the same route, serving no intermediate points.
