On or about April 8, 1995, respondent imported fresh mangoes from a foreign country, Dominican Republic, to a place within the United States, Jamaica, New York, in violation of Section 7 C.F.R. § 319.56-2(e). Conclusion By reason of the Findings of Fact set forth above, the respondent has violated the Acts and the regulations issued under the Acts (7 C.F.R.§ 319.56 et seq.).
