4.5 Vocational Instruction Under Contracts

A RESOLUTION

WHERI AS, the provisions of the Vocational Education Act of 1963,

P.L. 88-216', require State Boards for Vocational Education and Public

Employment offices to enter into cooperative agreements for the vocational

training and retraining in addition to adopting State Plans providing policies and procedures to insure that due consideration will be given to

the results of periodic evaluations of manpower programs and services in

light of information regarding current and projected manpower needs and

job opportunities and to the relative vocational education needs of all

groups in all communities of the State, and

WHEREAS, this Board bas adopted a State Plan as provided by said Act,

NOW THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOUISIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION That the
