18 (1) Have a background of practical agriculture experience. (2) Be shall be a graduate in vocational agriculture from an institution approved by the State Board to train teachers of vocational agriculture. (3) He shall hold a valid teachers certificate for vocational agriculture. 1.53-22 Instructor of Supplemental Subjects (a) Instructors of Supplemental subjects shall teach such units as may be designated by the course outline designed to develop skills and competencies in his field of specialization. (b) Instructors of supplemental subjects shall: (1) Have at least a Bachelor's degree from an approved college or university. They shall promote cooperative relationships with trade and civic groups. They shall organize and supervise chapters of Distributive Education Clubs of America where feasible. (b) Full-time teacher coordinators of part-time cooperative programs shall: (1) Be a graduate of a recognized institution with at least 18 hours in technical and profes sional subjects, including practice teaching. Technical subjects shall be allied to field of distribution, including such subjects as accounting (not more than three hours), business organization and management, marketing, 21 retailing, economics, advertising, sales promotion, display, personnel management and business law (not more than three hours). They shall have two years of practical experience in distributive occupations which shall be evaluated by the director of distributive education and the supervisor of teacher training. 22 (a) She shall have a Bachelor's degree in home economics from an institu tion approved for vocational education in home economics. She shall meet the certification requirements for home economics teachers as outlined by the State in reimbursed programs by completing with an approved home economics education curriculum.
