19. Requests for dependency discharges will be disapproved if the individuals are indebted to the Government.

20. Enlisted personnel separated with a dishonorable discharge shall be given an automatic $25.00 regardless of funds they may have.

21. Discharge by reason of unfitness for any cause may be effected by commanding officers without prior authorization by the Chief of Naval Personnel.

22. An enlistment contract made by a person under the statutory age limit shall be considered binding upon such person if that person remains in the service after reaching the statutory age, but it is voidable at the discretion of the Chief of Naval Personnel.

23. Only naval service may be included in computing service for the purpose of transfer to classes F-4-C and F-4-D of the Fleet Reserve.

24. The statutory retirement age for officers of the Regular Navy below the grade of fleet admiral is 60 years.

25. Retired officers of the Regular Navy may be ordered to active duty in time of peace only with their consent.
