The laws passed by the Legislature of 1900 affecting corporations generally were few in number. They are: Chapter 124, amending Section 43 of the Corporation Act; Chapter 172, permitting cumulative voting where proper provision therefor is made in the certificate of incorporation; Chapter 126, requiring all state taxes to be paid before filing of certificate of dissolution.
