§ 300.1 Statement of incorporation.

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service incorporates by reference in the FEDERAL REGISTER the materials listed in § 300.3 of this part for use in Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The materials are incorporated as they exist on the date of incorporation. Notice of changes will be published periodically in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
