Chapter 81. An Act to amend sub-section 4, of chapter

13, of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1916, relating to corrupt practices, by in-

serting after the word "on" at the end of

line four of said sub-section, the words "or

before," and by inserting after the word

"on" in line six of said sub-section, the

words "or before," so that said sub-section,

when amended, shall read as follows. H.

An Act repealing, amending and re-enacting

section 215 of the Acts of 1916, chapter 24,

and repealing, amending and re-enacting

section 216, chapter 24, Acts 1916, and re-

pealing, amending and re-enacting section

217, chapter 24, Acts 1916, of the compul-

sory attendance law. Said chapter 24,

Acts 1916, was an Act entitled: "An Act to

repeal chapter 113 of the Kentucky Stat-

utes, Carroll's edition of 1915, being sections

4363 to 4535h, inclusive, except sections

4421a and 4421b, and sections 4527 to 4535c

inclusive, and re-enact the same chapter

with the articles and sections corrected,

rearranged, simplified, and the repealed

sections and parts of sections omitted, and

fixing the time of year at which text book

adoption shall be made." H. B. 199-Van-

Chapter 83. An Act to provide for the teaching of elemen-

tary agriculture in the common schools of

Kentucky, except in cities of the first, sec-

ond, third and fourth classes, and to require

teachers to be examined on said subject.
