Welcome to today's full committee hearing of the Government Reform Committee. Chairman Davis is working on amendments on the floor, as will I be between now and the 5 p.m. hour. So, we'll probably be going back and forth. The vice chairman of my subcommittee has consented to help us keep in order the bit of business here and by the way we welcome him back from the Mayo Clinic. Mr. Janklow. Just ond. We're going to take care of a little housekeeping here. sec Mr. Janklow and Mr. Platts, this is a motion to rise on the floor. I suspect we're going to have a series of such motions every time we have intervening business. As I said this is the hearing today of the full committee on Government Reform regarding H.R. 2432, the Paperwork and Regulatory Improvements Act of 2003.
