During the 2nd Session of the 95th Congress, the Subcommittee
on Aging will be involved in an extensive examination and
re-evaluation of the programs conducted under the Older Americans
Act with a goal of renewal of this authority due to expire
September 1978.

Because of the widespread interest in this legislation and the extensive work to be conducted by the Subcommittee, I believe that a committee print combining materials relevant to the Act would be most useful. Accordingly, I am enclosing herewith a copy of P. L. 94-135, Senate Report 94-255, House Report 94-67, Conference Report 94-670, and a cordon print prepared by the Administration on Aging; and ask authorization for such printing. Very truly yours,

Tom
