Page 236 - Adulterated butter shall be packed by the manufacturer thereof in statutory packages of not less than 10 pounds. A statutory package is one designed to contain only that quantity of adulterated butter as indicated by the stamp or stamps to be affixed thereto. (ii) Containers of adulterated butter must be of a durable and substantial character and must completely cover the contents.
