§ 300.1 Statement of incorporation.
The Animal and Plant Health In-
spection Service incorporates by refer-
ence in the FEDERAL REGISTER the ma-
terials listed in § 300.3 of this part for
use in Title 7 of the Code of Federal
Regulations. The materials are incor-
porated as they exist on the date of in-
corporation. Notice of changes will be
published periodically in the FEDERAL
REGISTER.
