Second Department.- Second Mondays of February, September and December, at the Court House in the city of Brooklyn. Second Monday of May, at the Court House in the city of Poughkeepsie.

Third Department. - At the City Hall, in the city of Albany, on the second Tuesdays of January and November. At the Court House in the city of Binghamton, on the first Tuesday of May. At the Town Hall in Saratoga Springs, on the first Tuesday of September.

Fourth Department. - At the Court House in the city of Syracuse, on the first Tuesday of January. At the Court House in the city of Rochester, on the first Tuesdays of April and October. On the first Mondays of January, February, March, April, May, June, October, November and December, for Part one, and on the first Mondays of February, April, June, November, and December, for Part two at the place aforesaid. Special Term and Chambers (for_Non-enumerated Motions and

Chambers' Business.) On the first and third Mondays of each inonth in the year, at the place aforesaid.

The Circuit Courts and Courts of Oyer and Terminer, appointed for the month of March, will

be continued into and through the months of April and May. Calendars will be made for April and May. The Circuit Courts appointed for October will also be continued until their calendars are disposed of.

Calendars will be made for the November term, but will not be called until the October Calendars are disposed of.
