SEC. 1. Short Title

S 902. Duties and functions of the Council:

SEC. 101. Establishes in the Executive Office of the President a three-fi-bor Council of Advisers on Science and Technolory. President to appoint the renters, by and then the advise and consent of the Cenate, and to decimate a Chain.

SEC. 105. Functions of the Council Chairman:

1. Serve as Science and Technology Adviser to the rident;

SEC. 108.
