WASHINGTON: 1944

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

To the Congress of the United States:

I am sending herewith for the information of the Congress the report of the Commission of Physicians appointed to examine the requirements of admission to the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps.

În addition to this report there are three rather voluminous appendixes. These, of course, should be made available to Senators and Representatives and any other person wishing to obtain the information there.

I think that this report and these studies will be of definite interest to all. FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT.

THE WHITE HOUSE, February 29, 1944.
