Previous to that date, registration was optional. Information as to decease of members of Council, and in correction of designations or addresses which have become obsolete, should be communicated to The Registrar not later than 30th November of the current year, in order that it may be made available in revising the Register for next year (1915). "Com." means a non-graduate admitted, under Act 21 and 22 Vict., Cap. 83, § 6, by the Commissioners for the purposes of said Act. "Reg." means a non-graduate admitted, under Act 31 and 32 Vict., Cap. 48, § 28, by the University Registrar. "Univ.
