5. Medicine (a) Degrees of M.B. and Ch.B. - £23 2 0 Payable thus: for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Divisions, £5 5s. each; and for the 4th Division, £7 7s. When a Medical Student having enrolled his name for a Degree Examination -his certificates being in order-fails to appear at that Examination, he shall be liable for a fee of 10s. 6d. on subsequent enrolment for admission to the same Examination, but if he presents an adequate reason for his failure to appear on the former occasion the fee may be remitted.
