The subcommittee will be in order. This morning the subcommittee will take testimony in connection with estimates for programs of drug abuse control and prevention. The budget amendments are contained in House Document 92-133, copy of which will be placed in the record at this point, together with a copy of House Document No. 92-131, a proposal to establish a special action office for drug abuse prevention to concentrate the resources of the Nation in a crusade against drug abuse.
