NATIONAL MUSEUM,-The new National Museum is situated on the Mall, in Washington, facing the Smithsonian Institution. It is supported by Congress, and contains more than five million objects of artistic, scientific and historic interest. It was first occupied ir 1909, and cost $3,500,000.
