OPENING STATEMENT OF SENATOR ALAN J. DIXON, CHAIRMAN Senator DIXON. Ladies and gentlemen, the Subcommittee on Readiness, Sustainability and Support meets today to begin our hearings on the fiscal years 1992-1993 defense authorization request.
