GENERAL PROVISIONS

The amount of the limitation on hire of motor vehicles contained in section 532 of the Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1961, is increased by $1,250,000.

The amount of the limitation on travel expenses contained in section 533 of the Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1961, is increased by $55,000,000: Provided, That $2,500,000 of the foregoing increase in funds for travel expenses may be used only for the procurement of commercial passenger sea transportation service on Americanflag vessels.
