Delton D. Fernander, J.P., Ph.D. (Bishop) A native of the beautiful islands of the Bahamas, he is the organizer and senior pastor of the New Destiny Cathedral, Nassau, Bahamas. The president of New Destiny World Outreach International and D C Ministries, headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas. An anointed preacher, teacher and motivational speaker, whose dynamic message of deliverance and restoration for the whole man is equipping the kingdom of God. Escaping the bonds of tradition, he has broadened his spiritual borders to reach God's people of different backgrounds, cultures and denominations. Dr. Fernander has earned an Associates of Science in Electronic Technology from Success Training College, Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial and Aeronautical Technology from Tennessee State University, Bachelor of Theology from American Baptist Theological Seminary, Masters of Business Administration from Tennessee State University and a Doctorate of Philosophy from Louisiana Baptist University. He is married to Lady Calpurnia Fernander.
