AN ACT

Appropriating to the State Highway Department, for the purpose of assisting in the construction, maintenance, improvement, and repair of State highways and State-aid highways, all moneys derived from registrations and from license fees for the year one thousand nine hundred and seventeen and subsequent years under the provisions of the act of Assembly, approved July seventh, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, relating to and regulating motor-vehicles; and repealing the act of Assembly of June eighteenth, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, making appropriation to the State Highway Department, in so far as said act provides that the appropriations thereby made shall include and not be in addition to the amounts received by the Commonwealth from said sources for registrations and licenses for the year beginning January first, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and years subsequent thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted, &c., That all moneys derived State Highway Defrom registrations and from license fees, under the provisions of the act of Assembly, approved July seventh, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, relating to and regulating motor-vehicles, which have been or may hereafter be paid into the State Treasury for registrations and license fees for the year beginning Appropriation of January first, one thousand nine hundred and seven- moneys from regis teen, or which may be paid into the State Treasury cense fees. from said sources thereafter, be, and the same are hereby, specifically appropriated to the State Highway Department, for the purpose of assisting in the construction, maintenance, improvement, and repair of State highways and State-aid highways, as described in the act of Assembly creating the State Highway Department, approved May thirty-first, one thousand nine. hundred and eleven; said moneys to be paid from the State Treasury upon requisition of the Highway Commissioner, and after audit and approval by the Auditor General and State Treasurer in the usual manner.

Section 2. That part of the act of Assembly approved June eighteenth, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, making an appropriation to the State Highway Department, which provides that the appropriations
