Remarks.

Coal was contracted for f. o. b. cars at mine and shipped from Herrin, Ill. under Government bills of lading, with land grant freight rates per ton of 2,000 pounds as follows: Alton, Ill., $0.7255; Keokuk, Iowa, $1.0823; Rock Island, Ill., $1.0323; Moline, Ill., $1.0323; Dubuque, Iowa, $0.774; Foun tain City, Wis., $1.324, and South Stillwater, Stillwater, Minn., $1.315.
