The contents of this volume represent all current regulations codified under this title of the CFR as of January 1, 1985. The Department of Energy is in the process of reviewing the regulations in Chapters II and III and will be consolidating and recodifying those regulations applicable to the Department of Energy and revoking those regulations which are not.
