PART 52-APPOINTMENT OF UNCLASSIFIED LABORERS

Section 52.1 Authority. The Civil Service Commission is authorized to apply the regulations in this part to such cities or parts of the executive civil service as it may deem expedient. 52.2 Qualifications of applicants.
